Social Commitment

One of our major competitive advantages is the combined knowledge, creativity and innovation of our 340 employees. A strong social bottom line includes looking after the wellness and safety of our staff, as well as the people in our wider communities, who all contribute to our operations.

Community Support
Holcim is committed to making a difference in our local communities. Most of our quarries and concrete plants are located in smaller communities where we are sometimes one of the main employers in the area. When Holcim does well, these communities benefit through jobs and spending on local goods and services. Further benefit is provided by through our Community Support Programme
