Holcim is an accredited employer with Immigration New Zealand and so we are more easily able to recruit talented workers from overseas if they meet certain criteria. Because we are given priority processing status, you are able to fast-track through the work permit approval system. Furthermore, you can become eligible for New Zealand residence after two years.
