Employee Assistance Programme
Our Employee Assistance Programme offers our employees and their families professional and confidential counselling to assist with personal or work problems that maybe disrupting their home or work life.
We offer our employees a regular wellness check with a registered nurse at least once a year. The nurse also advises on healthy lifestyles and offer preventative services, such as hearing and eyesight tests, together with lung function and blood pressure checks. We also offer free flu vaccinations in autumn.
